All your credit card details are securely stored by Motopay and not Souris-mini.com. Paying by Credit Card through Motopay is a quick, secure, and convenient way to order from us.

Note: Souris-mini.com does not store or review your credit card information. As such, should any issues arise regarding your credit card transaction, please contact Motopay or your credit card company for assistance. Souris-mini.com cannot accept any responsibility for any credit card payment issues.

4.Can I Pay For My Order By Credit Card?

Yes, but you have to use PayPal.

Payment by using credit card can not be proceeded if it can't go through PayPal.

We can't accept credit card payments directly without PayPal.

We accept payment for orders by PayPal, Western Union and Bank Transfer.

PayPal offers a secure method to send money from your credit card without telling online shops your credit card numbers.

5.How Does Paypal Work, Generally Speaking?

Using Paypal you have several choices:

- send money from existing credit on your Paypal account (if any);

Do I have to pay VAT or any other form of sales tax on products bought through Souris-mini.com?

We do not add any additional charges or taxes in China.

VAT has been applied on the item which covered by our supplier, customer may not involve in such fee.

Possible additional costs to you may include:

- bank transfer charges,

- Paypal money 'upload' charges,

- Any import duties that are levied at customs.

Please note that if you are re-selling (or drop-shipping) goods from Souris-mini.com, Please ensure you are abiding by the tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country.

11.Why Was My Order Cancelled?

Why was my order cancelled? / Why did you refund my payment?

If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is almost certainly because we were unable to verify your payment. Generally, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss with you, but if we can not get in touch with you in 5 days after we receive your payment, we will have to refund for you. As we think, it is our responsibility to ship out your order in time.

12.Western Union/Bank Transfer fee

Is paying by bank transfer/western union free?

No,they are not free.

You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to Souris-mini.com by Western Union/Bank Transfer.

If you pay by bank transfer, please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a Souris-mini.com order of $500, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $550. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $450 and we won't be able to send your full order.

Souris-mini.com pays for any bank currency conversion fees within China Merchants Bank. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.

If you pay by western union, you need to go to a western union branch. Please also ask them to provide you clear details so you can account for the fee. Please submit the amount including transfer fee.
